Per Mike Navarro, estimates are good for 15 days. If a customer calls in wanting to move forward with an estimate from over 15 days ago we will tell them that install will call them back. For HVAC estimates, Chris White and Mike Navarro can review to see if we can requote them over the phone or send another tech to requote. Mike Navarro is the only one who can review plumbing estimates at this time.
